The special Session intends to bring together leading experts working in electromagnetic imaging technique and to discuss recent developments and new challenges in this fascinating field. Detecting inaccessible targets using electromagnetic waves is an interdisciplinary area, and the session covers various techniques. The topics include but are not limited to the following:
-Inverse scattering method and its application
-Numerical methods for electromagnetic imaging
-Applications of electromagnetic imaging in biomedical imaging, geophysical exploration, security check and microscopy
-The implantation of electromagnetic imaging technique into hardware system
